Collection photos - 2019 Quarter 1

Here are some pics I've taken of the collection over the past 3 months. It's been a pretty quiet start to the year, but hopefully picks in Quarter 2!

Kotobukiya DC Comics Bishoujo Harley Quinn

Picked up the new Kotobukiya Bishoujo Harley Quinn recently. Click through to the full video review below for the main reason why I'm disappointed with this release.

Box art is the usual Kotobukiya Bishoujo style with the view of the statue and the artwork on the back.

You can see in the pic below why I am disappointed with the eyes on the production statue. The prototype that they showed at conventions looked much closer to the concept art with nice deep red and blue eye shadowing.

But the final production statue has barely any red on the right eye, and the blue on the left is just smeared around. Overall it still looks nice on display, but it's definitely not up to the usual high standards of previous Bishoujos that I have.

Teaser pic of upcoming Sideshow Collectibles figures!!! WOW!!!

Here's a teaser pic posted by Sideshow Collectibles 1/6th scale Project Manager Kevin Ellis! Just look at all the amazing stuff that will be coming out from them! Cannot wait!!

Just look at that Pilot Luke with two head sculpts and a separate helmet! And that awesome weathered Threepio!!

And what about that incredible Tychus figure from Starcraft at the back there? And the fact that Deadpool will include comic styled speech bubbles!!

Everything in this pic is simply amazing!!!
